| 论文以351家中小上市制造企业1053条数据作为研究样本，实证探究高管队注意力转移对中小制造企业数字化水平的影响。结果表明：高管团队注意力由内向外转移与中小制造企业数字化水平呈现“正U”型关系；高管团队注意力由外向内转移与中小制造企业数字化水平呈现“倒U”型关系。因此，中小制造企业的高管团队需要克服知识惯性对数字化转型带来的负面影响，保持注意力的内外平衡。 |

| Taking 1053 data items of 351 listed manufacturing SMEs as the research sample, this paper empirically explores TMT attention shift effect on the digitization of those enterprises. The results show that if the attention shifts from inside to outside, there appears a “positive U-shape” relationship with the level of enterprise digitization, and if the attention shifts from outside to inside, there appears an “inverted U-shape” relationship. Therefore, TMT of small and medium- sized manufacturing enterprises needs to overcome the negative impact of
knowledge inertia on digital transformation, and keep the internal and external balance of attention. |
