| 发布撤稿声明是学术期刊打假的重要手段之一。研究发现：知网、万方、维普三个数据库320篇撤稿声明中，最长撤稿时滞268个月；110篇论文从数据库彻底删除，245篇可检论文中只有知网66篇标注“撤稿”标志，168篇被引论文最多被引225次，112篇撤稿声明发布后被引论文最多被引121次。撤稿声明标题不准确、正文内容不完整、落款主体和时间不全；撤稿原因有客观性错误、编辑工作失误和学术不端行为，其中学术不端行为244篇。论文从缩短撤稿声明时滞、规范撤稿声明撰写、规范撤稿声明发布、防范撤稿论文被引四个方面提出对策。 |

| The issue of the withdrawal statement is an important means of cracking down on counterfeiting in academic journals. The study finds that the longest withdrawal time lag of 320 withdrawal statements in the three databases of CNKI, Wanfang and Weipu reaches 268 months; 110 papers are completely deleted from the databases. Only 66 papers are marked with the sign of “withdrawal” in 245 retrievable papers in CNKI, the most frequently cited paper is cited for 225 times among 168 cited papers, and the most frequently cited paper is cited for 121 times after the issue of the withdrawal statement of 112 papers. The following problems exist regarding the withdrawal statement: inaccurate title, incomplete text content, and incomplete subject and time at the statement end. The reasons for withdrawal include objective errors, editorial mistakes and academic misconduct that could be found in 244 papers. This paper puts forward countermeasures from the four aspects: shortening the time lag of the withdrawal statement, standardizing the writing and issue of the withdrawal statement, and preventing the citation of the withdrawn papers. |
