| 新晋辅导员存在“管理方式新颖、思政教育有效性高、使用新媒介能力强、学习就业经验丰富”等优势和“自我定位模糊、角色转换慢，存在思维定势、工作效率低，工作经验缺乏、实际困难多，理论素养不高、职业能力缺乏”等劣势。新晋辅导员要从“找准自我定位、制定职业规划，虚心请教他人、积累工作经验，加强理论学习、提高政治素养，基于学生实际、突破传统模式”四方面克服劣势，提高学生管理工作效率。 |

| New counselors possess the advantages of "novel management mode", "great effectiveness of ideological and political education", "strong ability to use new media", "rich experience in learning and employment", and the disadvantages of "vague self-positioning and slow role transformation, fixed thinking and low work efficiency, lack of work experience and many practical difficulties, low theoretical literacy and lack of professional ability". They should remove the disadvantages and improve the efficiency of student management from the four aspects of "finding the right self-orientation and making career plans, consulting others with an open mind and accumulating work experience, strengthening theoretical learning and improving political literacy, considering the reality of students and breaking through the traditional mode". |
