| 高校的太极拳教学与课外太极拳比赛一体化模式，通过课堂教学向学生传授太极拳文化知识和太极拳运动技术，通过太极拳比赛来提高学生的学习兴趣和实践能力，调动学生学习的主动性和积极性，增强学生学习的内驱力和创造性；同时检验教师的教学水平，促进教学改革，实现高校体育与终身体育相对接，从而形成学校体育特色。 |

| The model of integrating the teaching of Taijiquan in class and the competition of Taijiquan outside class facilitates the students learning of the cultural knowledge and skill of Taijiquan through classroom teaching, develops their learning interest and practical capability via Taijiquan competition, motivates their learning initiative and enthusiasm and strengthens their inner drive and creativity. At the same time, this model can evaluate the teachers teaching level, promote teaching reform, and achieve connection between university physical education and lifelong education so as to form particular features of physical education. |
