Under the background of transformation of provincial universities, School of Marxism is facing the difficult situation with many problems in the teaching of the ideological and political theory course, student cultivation, scientific research, discipline construction, social service etc. School of Marxism in Soochow University has adopted the concept of collaborative innovation to solve the above problems, It has been proved that concept change, top level planning and improvement of mechanism and platform are effective in raising the running level of School of Marxism in provincial universities.
