| 为了解BIM技术在国内设计单位的运用情况，笔者从“对BIM了解程度、BIM使用率和软件使用情况”3个方面，对南京地区各大设计院进行一次调查，并根据调查结果分析BIM技术给设计阶段带来的实际价值以及面临的问题，进而提出建议。 |

| In order to find out how the BIM technology is applied in the design institutes, the authors have made a survey of understanding of BIM, its utilization rate and usefulness in the design institutes in Nanjing. Some suggestions are put forward concerning the practical value and problems in the design stage brought by the application of the BIM technology on the basis of the survey results. |
