| 我国大多数民办高校行政办公机构设置精简、人员精悍,董(理)事会、校长、党委的办公室一般合署办公。“三办合一”对办公室的工作效能提出了更高的要求。笔者在分析民办高校办公室工作特点和效能影响因素的基础上；从工作人员的视角出发；初步探讨了提升民办高校办公室效能的策略方法。 |

| Most of China’s private colleges streamline their administrative offices and lesson the number of staffs. The Board’s office, and the Communist of the Communist Party of China’s office always merge together. “There in One” puts forward higher requirements on the work effciency in the office and from the perspective of the personnel,the author preliminarily discusses the strategies for improving the effciency of the strategies for improving the effciency of the office in private colleges. |
