| There are two settlement mechanisms of AIIB loan-invest ment dispute, namely the use of existing international investment dispute settlement mechanism and the establishment of AIIB loan-investment dispute settlement mechanism. Among them, the signing of multilateral“AIIB loan-investment dispute settlement agreement" to establish a loan-investment dispute settlement mechanism of the AIIB itself is the fundamental method.The content of “AIIB loans-investment dispute settlement agreement” should be made of specific provisions on coping with the problems of jurisdiction right and applicable law, and the environmental pollution disputes and labor dispute which be determined by AIIB characteristics. |
