| 学术自由的保障对象 ,是在大学与各研究机构从事学术工作的相关人员 。大学自治在学术自由的制度性保障之下 , 除了外部势力 , 另一个核心是自治事务应由与大学的学术自由具有直接利害关系的大学内部成员共同参与决定 。有关大学教师的聘任与解聘事项 ,应为大学自治的人事自主环节之一 。没有法律明文规定解聘事由 , 大学教师不得解聘 。 |

| The security object of academic freedom，is related to the personnel engaged in academic work in universities and research institutions. Under the systematic ensurance of academic freedom and in addition to the external forces, the other core of university autonomy is that the autonomous affairs should be jointly participated making decision by the internal members of university which has a direct interest with the academic freedom of university.Appointment and dismissal matters relating to university teachers, should be one of personnel autonomy links in university. University teachers may not be dismissed without dismissal reason expressly provided by law. |
