      高校对教师的“分类管理”与“分类培养”是 一 个问题的两个方面 , 高校应加强教师分类培养 工 作的 自 觉性 。 高校教师可归属的行业共同体和专业共同体对其分类培养有着特殊价值 。 本着“内外合 力”“上下联动”“刚柔并济”的原则 ,行业共同体推动高校教师的分类培养 , 宜“官主校辅”“纵主横辅”; 专业共同体则宜以“专业共同体为主”, 坚持“横主纵辅”。

      The“classification management”and“classification training” of teachers are two aspects of a problem.Colleges and universities should strengthen the consciousness of teachers' classification training. The industry community and professional community to which the college teachers belonged have special value for their classification training. In the principle of synergy of“internal and external"“up and down" and“firm and flexible",the classification training of colleges' and universities' teachers that the industry community promoted should insist that“official primary school auxiliary"“vertical primary transverse auxiliary" ,and that the professional community promoted should be based on the“professional community" and insist that“transverse primary vertical auxiliary".
