| 三江学院土木工程学院紧跟国家“加快向应用型转型发展”的号召,以《新工科建设行动路线》为方向,从专业和教学内容方面深入推动教学教改,并取得了显著成效。为了更好地加快推动新工科建设,笔者提出了5点感想与思考,即“加强‘双师型’教师队伍建设、重视实验室建设、加强校企合作、培养学生专业兴趣和加强党的领导”。 |

| College of Civil Engineering， Sanjiang University has been following China's call that “speeding up the development of oriented application transformation" ，tooking the action route of new engineering construction as a direction and further promoting the teaching reform from the aspects of profession and teaching content, and has obtained a remarkable achievement. In order to better accelerating to promote the new engineering construction,the author puts forward 5 thoughts and reflections， such as“strengthening the teaching body construction of
‘double type'，attaching importance to the laboratory construction, strengthening the cooperation between colleges and enterprises, cultivating the students' professional interest and strengthening the party s leadership". |
