| 政治冷漠作为一个政治学重要概念,这一概念的研究一直以来存在着诸多争议。笔者运用心理论的界定模式,对“政治参与”概念重新加以辨识,指出行为论支持者从政治参与角度研究政治冷漠问题所造成的认识误区;通过理清政治参与和政治冷漠之间的关系,提出政治冷漠是政治参与的异化,主张从心理层面重新认识政治冷漠问题;结合对政治冷漠的认识,重新对政治冷漠做出价值判断,反驳政治冷漠积极论这一错误认识。 |

| Political apathy is an important concept in political science, and there has been a lot of debates about this concept. Based on the theory of psychology, the present author firstly redefined the concept of " political participation"，pointed out the misconception caused by behavior theorists who research from the perspective of political participation and political apathy. Secondly, by sorting out the relationship between political participation and political indifference, the present author put forward the concept that the political apathy is the alienation of political participation，and advocated rediscovering political apathy problem from the psychological level. Finally, in the light of political apathy, the judgment of political apathy has been conducted, and the false awareness that political apathy is beneficial has been refuted. |
