| To strengthen and improve the construction of our Party in universities is to provide an esential guarantee for China's “ Strengthening the Nation with Talents" strategy. The construction of students' Party organization is one of the key links of Party construction proiect at department levels in universities, and a good usage of vehicles is critical for this construction. Therefore, the innovation of vehicles servs as a path for achieving the goal of Party construction, and also as a guarantee for university's general purpose of cultivating the qualified talents for the socialist undertaking with Chinese characteristics. |
