The emergence of employment concepts such as "slow employment", "deferred employment" and "NEETs" (Not in Education, Employment or Training) among college students has led to several dilemmas in the employment of college graduates, including the disconnection between theory and practice, inadequate school-enterprise cooperation mechanisms and biased employment perceptions among students. To overcome these employment challenges, institutions of higher learning should focus on "strengthening faculty development, improving the quality of talent cultivation, refining the employment system, shifting employment mindsets, enhancing school-enterprise cooperation and achieving mutual empowerment." |
