The paper focuses on the sense of achievement in graduation internships among engineering students in applied universities in Nanjing. Using a questionnaire survey method, the study employs descriptive analysis and regression analysis to investigate the relationship between various influencing factors, like the quality of guidance provided by both on-campus and off-campus teachers, the level of attention from counselors, and the effectiveness of graduation internship mobilization meetings, and the sense of achievement in graduation internships. The results indicate that the quality of guidance from off-campus teachers and the level of attention from counselors significantly impact the sense of achievement in graduation internships. Additionally, graduation internship mobilization meetings and the frequency of guidance from on-campus teachers have a positive influence on the sense of achievement. Based on the survey results, the article proposes internship management suggestions from both the university and enterprise levels to enhance students' sense of achievement in graduation internships. |
