      论文聚焦南京应用型高校工科学生的毕业实习获得感,采用问卷调查法,通过描述性分析和回归分析,研究校内外教师的指导质量、辅导员的关注度、毕业实习动员大会等影响因素与毕业实习获得感之间的关系。结果表明,校外教师的辅导质量、辅导员的关注程度显著影响毕业实习获得感,毕业实习动员大会、校内教师指导频次对毕业实习获得感有一定的正向影响。基于调研结果,文章从学校、企业层面提出实习管理建议,以提升学生毕业实习获得感。
英文摘要:
      The paper focuses on the sense of achievement in graduation internships among engineering students in applied universities in Nanjing. Using a questionnaire survey method, the study employs descriptive analysis and regression analysis to investigate the relationship between various influencing factors, like the quality of guidance provided by both on-campus and off-campus teachers, the level of attention from counselors, and the effectiveness of graduation internship mobilization meetings, and the sense of achievement in graduation internships. The results indicate that the quality of guidance from off-campus teachers and the level of attention from counselors significantly impact the sense of achievement in graduation internships. Additionally, graduation internship mobilization meetings and the frequency of guidance from on-campus teachers have a positive influence on the sense of achievement. Based on the survey results, the article proposes internship management suggestions from both the university and enterprise levels to enhance students' sense of achievement in graduation internships.
