The legalization of labor relation management in private universities is an inevitable requirement for administering schools according to law and a practical choice for reforming human resource management. Currently, private universities face issues in labor relation management, such as "inadequate systems, administrative management methods, insufficient archive development, irregular labor contract management, imperfect dispute resolution mechanisms, low-quality dispute handling, and irregular grievance management with difficulties in resolving grievances." To improve the current situation of labor relation management and promote healthy and harmonious development, private universities should take measures like advancing labor relation management according to law, standardizing labor contract management, improving dispute mediation mechanisms, and standardizing labor grievance procedures. |
