This paper takes Nanjing W Home Furnishing as the research object and, through field research, explores the current status of production processes and existing logistics issues in the customized home furnishing industry. Based on the digital transformation "2+3+4" model, it proposes a digital optimization plan for logistics focusing on intelligent logistics, software upgrades, and facility and equipment renewals from the five elements of Total Quality Management: people, machines, materials, methods, and environment. By employing the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to construct models and indicator systems, it provides decision-making ideas for Nanjing W Home Furnishing to select higher-quality third-party logistics carriers, serving as a reference for improving logistics service quality and digital operation levels in the customized home furnishing industry. |
