      论文以南京W家居作为研究对象,通过实地调研了解定制家居行业生产流程现状及物流存在的问题,基于数字化转型“2+3+4”模型,从全面质量管理中人、机、料、法、环五要素聚焦智慧物流、软件升级、设施设备更新等方面提出物流环节数字化优化方案,运用层次分析法构建模型和指标体系,为南京W家居选择更优质的第三方物流承运商提供决策思路,为提升定制家居行业物流服务质量以及数字化运营水平提供借鉴。
英文摘要:
      This paper takes Nanjing W Home Furnishing as the research object and, through field research, explores the current status of production processes and existing logistics issues in the customized home furnishing industry. Based on the digital transformation "2+3+4" model, it proposes a digital optimization plan for logistics focusing on intelligent logistics, software upgrades, and facility and equipment renewals from the five elements of Total Quality Management: people, machines, materials, methods, and environment. By employing the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to construct models and indicator systems, it provides decision-making ideas for Nanjing W Home Furnishing to select higher-quality third-party logistics carriers, serving as a reference for improving logistics service quality and digital operation levels in the customized home furnishing industry.
