The paper constructs a model based on customer satisfaction index to explore the influencing factors of operational satisfaction of community smart elderly care platforms. Through a survey of seven exemplary elderly-friendly communities in Nanjing, it was found that there are still problems with the current community smart elderly care platform, such as "insufficient aging adaptation transformation, low convenience, non-quantitative service standards, untimely follow-up, difficulty in meeting implicit needs, low practicality, low perceived cost-effectiveness, and low desire for use". Therefore, optimization suggestions are proposed from the aspects of "accelerating the aging adaptation transformation process, bridging the digital divide, clarifying the talent training path, providing standardized services, optimizing product combinations, increasing product marketing, strengthening government enterprise cooperation, and improving the pension system". |
