| 受近几年全球疫情和逆全球化趋势的影响，中小制造企业供应链缺乏弹性、运行动荡甚至断链等问题不断出现。论文在对中小制造企业供应链数字化研究成果进行综述的基础上，阐述中小制造企业供应链数字化转型的内外驱动力，并从组织、技术、运营三个方面探索其路径，以期给中小制造企业供应链数字化转型提供理论参考，使其在数字经济背景下找准定位、提升竞争力。 |

| Due to the impact of the global pandemic and the trend of de-globalization in recent years, issues such as lack of resilience, operational instability, and even supply chain disruptions have emerged continuously in small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises. Based on a review of research findings on supply chain digitization in small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises, this paper elucidates the internal and external driving forces behind the digital transformation of their supply chains. It further explores the transformation path from three aspects: organization, technology and operation, aiming to provide theoretical guidance for the digital transformation of supply chains in small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises, enabling them to identify their positioning and enhance competitiveness in the context of the digital economy. |
