      高等教育质量已成为备受关注的世界性问题。论文从普及化阶段应用型本科高校视角重新审视高校公共体育课程改革。普及化阶段高校公共体育课程将更加关注“以学生为中心”的教学理念、大学教师教学发展、高等教育人才培养与社会的联系。应用型本科高校公共体育课程设计应考虑应用型人才培养目标、强调理论知识的重要、理论联系实际创设教学情境、突出形成性评价。

      The quality of higher education has become a worldwide concern. This paper re-examines the reform of the public physical education course in applied undergraduate universities from the perspective of the popularization stage. At this stage, the public physical education course in universities will pay more attention to the "student-centered" teaching philosophy, the professional development of university teachers, and the connection between talent cultivation of higher education and society. The design of the public physical education course in applied undergraduate universities should take into account the goals of cultivating applied talents, emphasize the importance of theoretical knowledge, create teaching scenarios that integrate theory with practice, and highlight formative assessment.
