The close relationship between educational space and language landscape necessitates an exploration of language landscape from an educational and teaching perspective, marking a trend of integrated development between these two disciplines. This paper focuses on analyzing the language landscape of higher education institutions, ethnic minority schools, and Confucius Institutes overseas, based on the hierarchical characteristics of educational space. The application of language landscape in teaching primarily encompasses foreign language teaching, international Chinese language teaching, preschool and primary/secondary school language teaching, bilingual teaching for ethnic minorities, and other professional teachings. Practical strategies for implementing language landscape in educational space involve "optimizing campus language landscape, enriching curriculum teaching resources, integrating elements of language landscape, creating teaching practice models, expanding off-campus language landscape resources, and emphasizing the construction of virtual language landscape." |
