City commercial banks are an important part of China's multi-level banking system. With a short decision-making chain and fast decision-making speed of legal persons, they are a vital force in serving the development of local real economy. However, most city commercial banks still face problems such as a single business model, a weak customer base, insufficient professional risk control capabilities, weak market-oriented business awareness, and inadequate institutional mechanisms. Based on city commercial banks and their benchmarks, this paper proposes a path for the transformation and development of city commercial banks, which is to strengthen technological and innovative development, open the "second growth" curve, and consolidate the foundation for development through supporting measures such as improving professional risk control capabilities, optimizing the structure of human resources, and strengthening refined management. |
