      当前三全育人思政工作还存在教育内容和形式单一、效果有待提升、教育机制不完善等问题。语言艺术在“三全育人”思政工作中具有启示、促进和深化作用。三全育人思政工作语言艺术实践模式包括课堂教学、社会活动、学术研究、第二课堂、自我完善等方面,语言艺术实施策略包括加强语言艺术教育、培养大学生文化素养、创新教育方式等方面,语言艺术提升途径包括建立多元化的思想政治教育体系、加强教师队伍建设、完善语言艺术教育体系、营造良好的学习环境、加强社会实践等方面。

      At present, there are still problems in the ideological and political work of “All-staff, Whole-process, All-aspect Education", such as single educational content and form, effectiveness to be improved, and imperfect educational mechanism. Language arts play an enlightening, promoting, and deepening role in the ideological and political work of “All-staff, Whole-process, All-aspect Education". The practical modes of language arts in the ideological and political work of “All-staff, Whole-process, All-aspect Education" include classroom teaching, social activities, academic research, second classroom, self-improvement, etc. The implementation strategies of language arts include strengthening language arts education, cultivating college students' cultural literacy, and innovating educational methods. The ways to improve language arts include establishing a diversified ideological and political education system, strengthening the construction of the teaching faculty, improving the language arts education system, creating a good learning environment, and strengthening social practice.
