| 旅游民宿业在共同富裕乡村建设中发挥着重要作用。论文从共同富裕的包容性、可持续性、社会经济公平、保护传承性等方面考察了本地村民创业者“原乡人”、返乡村民创业者“返乡人”以及旅游移民创业者“新乡人”，在分析三类创业者的民宿经营历程与特点及其在共同富裕乡村建设中发挥作用基础上，提出建立合作联盟和平台、设立本土化体验项目、加强人才培训、注重环保与可持续发展、加强文化保护与传承等共同富裕导向下的乡村民宿经营路径。 |

| The tourism and homestay industry plays a crucial role in the construction of rural areas geared towards common prosperity. From the aspects of inclusivity, sustainability, socio-economic equity, and cultural preservation and inheritance within the framework of common prosperity, this paper examines three types of entrepreneurs in this context: local villagers (native villagers), returning villagers (returnees), and tourism-related immigrants ("new villagers"). Based on an analysis of the operational process and characteristics of these entrepreneurs' homestay practice and their contributions to rural development, this paper proposes the operational path for rural homestay under the guidance of common prosperity in terms of establishing cooperative alliances and platforms, creating localized experiential programs, strengthening talent training, emphasizing environmental protection and sustainable development, and enhancing cultural preservation and inheritance. |
