| 习近平总书记指出的“内化于心，外化于行”，是对思想政治教育实效性的精确概括，而自我教育便是达到这一实效性的根本途径。论文从“思”的视角，阐述自我教育的无思之思、唯理性之思、沉思之思三个阶段，分析三个阶段受教育者所经历的宁静状态、逃避状态、自主状态，为进一步发挥自我教育在思想政治教育中的作用提供理论基础。 |

| “Internalized ideology and externalized action” pointed out by General Secretary Xi Jinping is an accurate summary of effectiveness of ideological and political education, while self-education is a fundamental way to achieve effectiveness. From the perspective of "thinking", the paper elaborates on the three stages of self-education: intuitive thinking, rational thinking and contemplative thinking, and analyzes the states of tranquility, avoidance and autonomy experienced by the educated people in the three stages and provides a theoretical basis for playing a more important role of self-education in ideological and political education. |
