| 当前，我国正面临着社会转型的关键时期，社会对人才的综合素质要求越来越高。提高大学生积极心理品质不仅有利于大学生心理健康水平的提升，也是培养人格健全的创新人才的重要前提。论文分析当代大学生积极心理品质的培养困境，并从学校教育、家庭教养、社会支持三个方面提出大学生积极心理品质的提升路径。 |

| Currently, China is facing a critical period of social transformation, and the society requires talents with higher comprehensive qualities. Enhancing the positive psychological qualities of college students is not only beneficial for improving their mental health but also an important prerequisite for cultivating innovative talents with sound personalities. This paper analyzes the dilemmas in cultivating positive psychological qualities among contemporary college students and proposes improvement paths from the following three aspects: school education, family upbringing and social support. |
