| 高校思想政治教育既是时代要求，又是现实要求。当前高校思想政治教育协同机制存在育人主体对协同育人理念内涵的思想认识不到位、协同育人领导机制作用发挥有待提升、育人主体之间的协同机制尚未真正形成、育人主体主观能动性差异较大等方面的不足。高校要从建立党委统一领导的协同运行机制、建立育人队伍协同机制、加快推进思政课程与课程思政协同机制、建立健全考评监督协同机制等方面构建思想政治教育协同机制。 |

| Ideological and political education in universities is both a requirement of the era and a practical requirement. At present, the collaborative mechanism of ideological and political education in universities has some deficiencies, such as the inadequate understanding of the connotation of the collaborative education concept by the educational agents, the need to improve the role of the collaborative education leadership mechanism, the lack of a real collaborative mechanism among the educational agents, and the big differences in the subjective initiative of the educational agents. Universities should construct a collaborative mechanism for ideological and political education by establishing a collaborative operation mechanism under the unified leadership of the Party committee, setting up a collaborative mechanism for the teaching team, accelerating the promotion of a collaborative mechanism between ideological and political courses and curriculum ideology and politics, and building and improving a collaborative mechanism for evaluation and supervision. |
