      论文针对OBE理念下课程反向教学设计过程中课程目标达成度不容易准确评价的难题,提出OBE理念的教学质量评价体系改革思路,从评价体系的理论框架、构建原则、指标选择三个方面论述OBE导向下教学质量评价体系构建,从聚焦数字信息技术下的成果导向、充分利用评价结果反馈教学过程、OBE理念下教学质量评价体系在实践中的应用三个视角提出建议,为学生综合素质的提升和教师教学方法的改进,为确保教学教学目标的实现提供参考和借鉴。
英文摘要:
      his paper addresses the challenge of accurately evaluating the achievement of course objectives in the reverse instructional design process based on the OBE concept. It proposes a reform approach for the teaching quality evaluation system under the guidance of OBE. The construction of the teaching quality evaluation system oriented by OBE is discussed from the three aspects: the theoretical framework, construction principles, and indicator selection of the evaluation system. The paper also offers suggestions from the three perspectives: focusing on outcome orientation in digital information technology, fully utilizing evaluation results to provide feedback on the teaching process, and the practical application of the teaching quality evaluation system based on the OBE concept. These suggestions provide references for enhancing students' comprehensive quality, improving teaching methods, and ensuring the achievement of teaching objectives.
