      三融合指产教融合、赛创融合、科创融合,多方协同指校、企、政多方参与。三融合多方协同育人模式顺应“新工科”的培养需求,紧密对接产业行业需求,不仅增强学生实践动手能力和创新科研能力,也为解决民办高校工科专业“优质教育资源配置相对不足”与“高质量应用型人才培养”之间的矛盾提供有效途径。

      The "Three Integrations" refers to the integration of industry and education, the integration of competition and innovation, and the integration of scientific research and innovation. Multi-party collaboration involves the participation of universities, enterprises, and governments. The "Three Integrations" multi-party collaborative education model meets the training needs of "New Engineering" and closely aligns with the needs of the industry. It not only enhances students' practical hands-on skills and innovative scientific research abilities but also provides an effective way to solve the contradiction between "relatively insufficient allocation of high-quality educational resources" and "high-quality applied talent training" in engineering majors of private universities.
