This paper has investigated and analyzed the tourists’ experience of smart tourism in Tianmu Lake Scene Spot of Liyang City. It is found that there exist problems in smart tourism in the following aspects: product facilities, maintenance and security, service, marketing, comprehensive management, etc. Therefore, optimizing strategies are put forward in terms of product facilities, maintenance and security, intelligent service, smart service, comprehensive management, etc., so as to provide reference for improvement of tourists’ experience of smart tourism in Tianmu Lake Scenic Spot. |
