| 核心价值观是文化之魂，我国构建的社会主义核心价值观具有有史以来最大的合理性和人本原则，占领着真理的最高点。我国的文化建设必须坚持以社会主义核心价值观来引领，要从科学变革社会关系、使核心价值观与多样化的社会思潮保持一种适当的张力、以先进性带动广泛性、从传统文化中挖掘优秀的精神资源、加强革命文化的熔铸等方面提高以核心价值观引领文化建设的能力。 |

| Core values are the soul of culture. The core socialist values that are built in China have been of the greatest rationality and the humanistic principle in history, occupying the highest point of truth. The cultural construction in our country should be guided with core socialist values. The capability of the core values in guidance of cultural construction should be developed from the following aspects: transforming social relationship scientifically, keeping to an appropriate tension between core values and diversified social trends of thought, resulting in universality by progressiveness, seeking excellent spiritual resources from traditional culture, intensifying casting of revolutionary culture, etc. |
