课程思政是课程教学中的思想政治教育。当前“法学”课程思政面临“多年西方法学思想理论的引进与传播、中国特色社会主义法学理论体系尚未形成”等问题，但也具有思政元素多、价值契合性、教材可靠性等优越条件。“法学”课程思政可以采用过程渗透式、节点显现式、实践体验式和考点埋伏式等方法进行教学。

英文摘要:

Curriculum Ideological and Political Education is the ideological and political education in curriculum teaching. At present, the ideological and political education of "Law" course is facing many problems, such as the introduction and spread of western legal thoughts and theories for many years, and the formation of Socialism with Chinese characteristics's legal theory system. However, it also has many ideological and political elements, value compatibility and reliability of teaching materials. The ideological and political course of "Law" can be taught by methods such as process infiltration, node manifestation, practical experience and ambush of test sites.
