| Logistics management in private universities directly affects improvement of teaching quality to a great extent and relates to university stability and development. At present, the mode of logistics management in many private universities is rather extensive, and there exist such problems as lack of perfect rules and regulations, deficiency in effective incentive mechanism, and low level of staff quality.
