| 当前商业银行碳金融发展处于“绿色信贷与绿色债券规模快速增长、碳金融产品与服务创新方兴未艾、碳金融组织与保障体系不断健全”状态。商业银行发展碳金融，面临“低碳产业巨大的投融资需求、经济领域绿色低碳转型”等机遇和“自身组织机制及人才队伍建设、产品体系不完善”挑战。商业银行要从加强顶层设计、完善制度体系、强化创新引领和风险管理、重视数字化赋能、加强队伍建设等方面促进碳金融发展。 |

| At present, the development of carbon finance in commercial banks is in the state of “rapid growth of green credit and green bond, rise of carbon finance products and service innovation, and improvement of carbon finance organization and security system”. In developing carbon finance, commercial banks are faced with opportunities of “huge investment and financing demand of the low-carbon industry and green and low-carbon transformation in the economic field” and challenges of “organizational mechanism, human resource construction, and imperfection of product system”. Commercial banks should promote carbon finance from the perspectives of strengthening top-level design, improving institutional systems, intensifying innovation and guidance and risk management, attaching importance to digital empowerment and consolidate team construction. |
