| 价值哲学研究完全可以在法学中开辟出新的研究视域。文章分析将核心价值观融入裁判文书说理的必要性、中国裁判文书网采用社会主义核心价值观进行裁判文书说理存在的问题及原因，并依据价值哲学和司法规律论述核心价值观应如何融入裁判文书说理，包括原则上只应用于补充论证部分、精准把握价值要素、注意层次、加强对疑难案件的运用。 |

| A new field of research could be opened up in the science of law for the study of value philosophy. This paper analyzes necessity of the integration of core values into judicial reasoning, existing problems and causes for judicial reasoning with the core socialist values on the judicial document net and the way to integrate core values into judicial reasoning according to value philosophy and judicial regulations, including application to supplementary reasoning only, accurate command of value elements, attention to importance of levels and enhancement of the use of difficult cases. |
