| This paper analyzes the development status of the high-tech industry in Jiangsu Province, empirically analyzes the impact of high-tech industry on the primary, secondary and tertiary industries and scientific and technological innovation with the gray correlation method, and in view of the existing problems in quantity and quality improvement of the high-tech industry in Jiangsu Province, comes up with path and countermeasure from the perspectives of setting up a scientific plan of the high-tech industry development, improving market mechanism, intensifying fundamental support, enhancing implementation of preferential policies, developing capability of independent innovation, strengthening awareness of self-owned brands, actualizing high quality development, recruiting innovative top talents, cultivating innovative teams, etc. |
