外国游客在游览苏州拙政园、狮子林、留园、沧浪亭“四大名园”后，会在猫途鹰等网站将自身的旅游体验进行留言。论文利用NVivo 12 Plus以及ROST CM软件，从园林美景、购物消费、人文文化、交通出行、辅助服务5个维度对网站上的1 668条留言、107 643个英文单词点评进行分析，得出结论：外国游客对苏州四大名园的旅游体验整体满意度较高，外国游客的不满和抱怨主要集中在园内的拥挤、票价、软硬件服务等方面。

英文摘要:

After visiting the "Four Famous Gardens" in Suzhou, namely Humble Administrator's Garden, Lion Forest Garden, Lingering Garden and Blue Water Pavilion, foreign tourists would post comments on their travel on TripAdvisor and other websites. The author used NVivo 12 Plus and ROST CM to sort out and analyze the 1,668 messages containing 107,643 English words on the websites from five dimensions: beauty of gardens, shopping and consumption, humanities and culture, transportation and travel, and auxiliary services. It was concluded that foreign tourists were generally satisfied with their visit of the "Four Famous Gardens" in Suzhou and their dissatisfaction and complaints mainly lay in crowdedness in the gardens, ticket prices and software and hardware services, etc.
