      定向动机流是二语动机研究的最新成果。论文基于“定向动机流集中干扰框架”,运用问卷调查、动机变化轨迹图和回溯访谈方法,对英语专业学生群体定向动机流的运行特点进行研究。研究结果表明:英语专业学生群体定向动机流具有“定向动机流集中干扰框架”的核心特征;与个体定向动机流相比,群体定向动机流并非被激发后立即进入高能状态,而是有一段混乱的过渡期;英语专业学生群体定向动机流运行过程中,动机的高强度稳定与轻微起伏并存。教师在开展小组任务教学时需要在小组成员分配、任务设计和教师角色三个方面运用相关动机集中干预策略和措施。

      The Directed Motivational Currents is the latest achievement in L2 motivation research. Based on the “Framework of Focused Interventions of the Directed Motivational Currents” proposed by D?rnyei et al. (2016), this paper adopted the questionnaire survey, motivational change trajectory map and retrospective interview to conduct an in-depth study on the operational characteristics of English majors’ group-level Directed Motivational Currents. The results showed that the group-level Directed Motivational Currents among English majors shared the core characteristics of the Directed Motivational Currents proposed by D?rnyei et al. Compared with the individual Directed Motivational Currents, the group-level Directed Motivational Currents did not enter the high energy state immediately once activated; instead, it experienced a chaotic transitional period. In the operational process of the group-level Directed Motivational Currents, high-intensity stability and slight fluctuation coexisted. Teachers needed to apply the relevant motivational focused intervention strategies and measures in the assignment of group members, task design and teacher role when conducting teaching of group task.
