网络时代背景下大学生的职业生涯规划出现了生涯理想的世俗化、生涯选择的功利化、生涯行动的盲目化等异化现象，原因在于市场经济体制、西方社会思潮与多元价值观念以及高校实用课程观的影响。大学生职业生涯教育要以中国梦引领、社会主义核心价值观指引、成就动机驱动，进行职业生涯目标、价值与行动的重塑。

Under?the?background?of?the?Internet?age,?there exist?such phenomena of alienation as secularization?of?career?ideals,?utilitarianization?of?career?choices,?blindness?of?career?actions,?and?so?on in college students’ career planning because of?the?impact of the market?economy?system,?Western?social?thoughts,?pluralistic?values?and?practical?view of college curriculum.?The?career?education?of?college?students?should?be led by the Chinese Dream, guided by the socialist?core?values?and?driven?by?the?motivation?of?achievements so as to remodeling career goals, values and actions.
