| 民法典是为人民谋利益的法典，对坚持和发展以人民为中心思想、保障人民权益具有重要意义。法律的制定必须坚持科学的理论指导、从历史中吸取经验教训、以现实问题为依据。论文从理论、历史和现实三个维度解读民法典如何体现以人民为中心的立场，理论维度——用习近平法治思想指引民法典，历史维度——以人民为中心思想融入民法典，现实维度——民法典对新时代的回应。 |

| he Civil Code is a law serving the people’s interests, and it is of great significance for upholding and developing the people-centered ideology and protecting the rights and interests of the people. The formulation of law must adhere to the scientific theoretical guidance, draw experience and lessons from history, and aim at practical problems. The thesis interprets how the Civil Code embodies the people-centered position from the three dimensions of theory, history and reality: the theoretical dimension—using Xi Jinping’s ruling-by-law thought as the guiding principle in the Civil Code, the historical dimension—integrating the people-centered ideology into the Civil Code, and the realistic dimension— responding to the requirements of the new era in the Civil Code. |
