| The traditional project training course ignores differences in the students' individual ability by adopting the unified training plan. As a result, some students feel that the training load is too heavy, while some find the task inadequate, so the teaching effect is not ideal.??On the basis of the students’ individual ability, this paper discusses the reform on the stratified teaching of the project training course from the three aspects of significance, implementation and evaluation and provides reference for improving the teaching quality of the project training course. |
