      在高等教育普及化阶段,教育主体的多元化、外部社会发展、传统高等教育体制的僵化催生了现代书院制,内外两种动力推动了现代书院制的发展,促使其成为完善传统大学教育模式的有益尝试。现代书院制正处于规模化发展时期,育人机制有如下特点:目标层面——育人为本,德育为先,培养拔尖创新型人才;模式层面——弥补专通不足,夯实大类基础,构建隐性教育体系;操作层面——汇聚内外资源,细化培养过程,挖掘学生潜能。
英文摘要:
      In the stage of popularization of higher education, diversification of educational subject, development of external society and fossilization of the traditional system of higher education have contributed to the formation of the modern academy system and the internal and external motivations have promoted its development, which is a useful attempt for perfecting the traditional educational mode. The modern academy system is in the process of developing on a large scale and the educational mechanism has the following characteristics: aim—giving priority to cultivation and moral education and cultivating top innovative talents; mode—making up for deficiency of professional education and general education, laying a solid foundation of a broad discipline and constructing the covert educational system; operation—gathering internal and external resources, refining the educational process and tapping students’ potential.
