      “三全育人”即全员、全过程、全方位育人,体现了育人主体无不尽责、育人时间无时不有、育人空间无处不在的教育内涵,是一种全面系统开放的“大育人观”。民办高校在全面推进“三全育人”从理念到实操的转变过程中,存在着领导体制、资源条件、教师身份认同危机、学生政治素养薄弱等诸多现实难题。民办高校可从党建引领、经费供给、师德师风建设、学生主体差异关注等方面,落实立德树人的根本任务,切实提高思想政治工作的有效性,打通“三全育人”最后一公里。
英文摘要:
      In the concept of “San Quan Cultivation of Students”, “San Quan” means “Quan Yuan” (the whole staff), “Quan Guo Cheng” (the whole process) and “Quan Fang Wei” (in an all-round way). This concept embodies the connotation of the educators’ full responsibility, adequate time input and all-around space. It is a great concept of cultivation which is comprehensive, systematic and open. In the changing process from the theory to the practical implication of the educational concept in private universities, there exist many practical difficult problems in relation to leadership system, resources and conditions, crisis of teacher identity and weakness of students’ political literacy. Private institutions of higher learning could accomplish the fundamental task of strengthening moral education and cultivating students, improve the effectiveness of the ideological and political work and fulfil the whole process of “San Quan Cultivation of Students” by the leading of Party construction, financial support, the cultivation of teachers’ morality and the concern about difference between student subjects.
