| High-quality development is a theme of the new era and also the core mission of the 14th Five Year Plan of Development of Sanjiang University, which will run through all aspects and the whole process of the university development for a certain period of future time. Centering on the ten fundamental issues: development orientation, development path, ways to cultivate talents, talent cultivation carrier, fundamental reliance, good management of the university, livelihood of improvement and support of conditions, university governance, resource development and cultivation of “Sanjiang Spirit”, this paper discusses the path and method of high-quality development of Sanjiang University and tries to answer the two basic questions—what kind of Sanjiang University would be built and how Sanjiang University should be built. |
