| Carrying forward the excellent traditional Chinese culture can not only improve the cultural confidence and resist the invasion of some inferior western culture, but also enhance the comprehensive national power. The spiritual system of Chinese excellent traditional culture mainly includes “vigor and high achievement, constant self improvement, people centeredness, harmony between man and nature, and cherishment of peacefulness and moderation”. At present, despite some achievements made in the promotion of innovation and development of the excellent traditional culture, there are still some problems, such as lack of clear content and objectives, insufficient promotion and popularization, and homogeneous work. In view of these problems, we should take the following measures: learning from the ancient culture without rigidly adhering to it, vigorously promoting the excellent traditional Chinese culture; never forgetting tradition, focusing on the present, and producing more high quality cultural works and so on. |
