| 当前民办高校法律人才培养存在一定困境。为实现应用型法律人才培养目标，民办高校需要从完善实践教学体系、改进实践教学方法、创新课堂教学方法、发挥实践教学基地作用、开展公益普法进社区活动、加强双师型师资队伍建设等方面为法律实践教学的开展提供保障，从而提高法学专业学生的实务能力。 |

| At present, there exist some difficulties in the cultivation of law talents in private universities. In order to achieve the goal of training applied law talents and improve students' practical ability, private universities should guarantee legal practice teaching by improving the practical teaching system and teaching methods, giving full play to the role of practical teaching base, carrying out community activities of publicizing legal knowledge，and strengthening the cultivation of the double-profession teaching staff. |
