      为解决扬子石化热电厂汽轮机组运行经济性能差、结构存在安全隐患等问题,扬子石化热电厂对#5汽轮机进行通流改造——在提高汽轮机效率方面,主要采取调整通流布局、更换喷嘴组、优化叶片形式、提高轮周效率、减少漏气损失等措施;在安全可靠性方面,主要采取更换转子、设计叶片强度、焊接钢隔板、增加低压末级叶片防水蚀等措施。通过通流改造,#5汽轮机能够安全稳定运行、各项指标达到项目性能保证值,各种工况下单机发电煤耗均达到政府标准。

      In order to solve the problems of the poor economic performance and structural safety of the steam turbine unit, the Yangtze Petrochemical Thermal Power Plant decided to carry out flow passage transformation in No. 5 steam turbine. To improve the efficiency of the steam turbine, the following measures were taken: adjusting the flow layout, replacing the nozzle group, optimizing the blade form, improving the efficiency of the wheel, reducing the leakage loss and so on. In terms of safety and reliability, the main measures were rotor replacement, blade strength design, welded steel diaphragm, low-pressure last stage blade against water corrosion, etc. Through the flow passage transformation, No. 5 steam turbine could run safely and stably, each index reached the performance guarantee value of the project, and the coal consumption of the single unit power generation under various working conditions met the governmental standard.
