The COVID-19 outbreak at the beginning of the year of 2020 has brought a heavy impact on China's domestic banking industry which has experienced difficulties in offline business, loan payment of some customers and interest margin. Based on the financial situation and national policies under the epidemic situation, this paper puts forward some countermeasures for commercial banks: dynamically understanding customers’ demand and formulating a contact plan, exploring the online mode of attracting customers and expanding channels for more customers, optimizing online functional experience to enhance customer stickiness, seizing the opportunity of financial technology to accelerate digital transformation, accurately identifying distressed customers and strictly controlled the risk. |
