      论文调查20种CSSCI学报84名编辑近20年发表的学术论文情况。调查结果发现: 高校学报编辑学者化存在“总体水平有待提高,编辑学论文和非编辑学论文之间不平衡、不同编辑之间的论文不平衡、不同学报之间的论文不平衡”问题。针对问题,文章提出“编辑学者化分两步走”建议:第一步,彻底执行高校学报编辑“出版专业职业资格”制度,使每一个高校学报编辑通过考试获得初级职业资格和中级职业资格;第二步,在这个基础上再努力实现“编辑学专业学者化”和“非编辑学专业学者化”。
英文摘要:
      This paper studied the academic papers published by 84 editors of 20 CSSCI journals in the recent 20 years. It is found that there are some problems in scholarization of university journal editors, for example, “the overall level to be improved, the imbalance between editing science papers and non-editing science papers, the paper imbalance between different editors and between different journals”. Then the two-step goal of scholarization of university journal editors is put forward in this paper. Firstly, the system of “professional qualification for publishing” for university journal editors should be implemented so as to make every university journal editor obtain primary and intermediate professional qualifications through examinations; secondly, it is necessary to realize scholarization of editors of “ the editing science major” and “the non-editing science major ” on this basis.
