| With the development of new media technology, the speed of network information production and transmission has been much faster than before. However, the quality of network information varies, and Western ideology maliciously infiltrates and confuses the public. Chinese college students’ media literacy is weak, so that they might be misled by harmful information. At the same time, the new network media innovates the form of college ideological work and improves the effect of the work. Facing the impact of the new network media, the institution of higher learning should strengthen the construction of the network ideological work, establish and improve the research and judgment mechanism of network public opinions, timely deal with online public opinions, intensify students’ media literacy education, and implement online and offline ideological education so as to create superior campus culture. |
